The Micah Roes Profile
Naturally Lewis is excited to welcome Micah Roes to the team as our Programs and Partnerships Director! In this role, Micah will lead program development and will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with economic development partners and Lewis County businesses to support programming. Focused on continuous improvement, the Programs and Partnerships Director will execute program goals, and define and measure impact.

I was born and raised in Lowville before moving to Binghamton to attend Binghamton University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and my Master of Business Administration. My wife and I are both excited to be returning to Lewis County and coming back to the community we proudly call home.
Favorite things to do outside of work:
Outside of work, I enjoy coaching wrestling, staying active, spending time with family, and taking advantage of the outdoor recreation opportunities Lewis County has to offer.
Why did you apply for a position at Naturally Lewis?
Returning to Lewis County has always been something my wife and I hoped to do, and Naturally Lewis presented an opportunity to come back in a way that allows me to make a real difference. The mission of supporting local businesses, building partnerships, and helping the community grow is something I am very excited to be a part of.
What do you hope to accomplish while working at Naturally Lewis?
I hope to make a meaningful and lasting impact by developing programs and partnerships that drive economic growth, support local businesses,and enhance quality of life in Lewis County. I want to help create opportunities that position the community for continued success while building strong relationships throughout the region.
