North Country Home Inspection will inspect the building from the floor of the basement to the rooftop. They will check the structural support system by checking the cellar walls, floors, and main carrier beams. The domestic water and waste system are checked whether it is private or public. On the electrical side, they check the fuse box and and see if outlets are wired correctly. They also check for cracked walls, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and ground fault detectors. In the attic they check for moisture, cracked timbers, trusses, insolation and the underside of the roof. This is not a complete listing of everthing they inspect.
