Early Childhood Center Services: Educational Located at Otis Technology, Inc. in Lyons Falls, Caboodles Early Childhood Center is a New York State Licensed Daycare. On September of 2006 we welcomed all children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. This brand new state-of-the art daycare center includes a 6,000 square foot building, heated floors and sidewalks, and two playgrounds. 10 Staff membersoffer a warm and engaging environment allowing children to feel at home.
